1.2 Counter Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Website was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter Notification to our Copyright Agent. The Counter Notification must contain the following information:

a) Your physical or electronic signature.
b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
d) Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the USA, the judicial district in which Burningsatan Music is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the Infringement Notice or their agent.

Counter Notifications should be sent to the same email provided in Section 1.1.

Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users and take strict action who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
